1. Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be made before the order is processed or dispatched. Please contact Mahaa Mart as soon as possible on WhatsApp at 6305062145.
If an order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Customers cannot automatically cancel an order merely because 7 days have passed after placing it.
2. Damaged, wrong or missing products
Please report the following issues within 7 days of delivery:
- damaged product;
- incorrect product;
- missing product; or
- verified product quality/condition issue.
Mahaa Mart may ask for order details and supporting photographs or videos to verify the issue. See also our Return Policy.
3. Refund eligibility
Refunds may be considered for approved cases after verification, such as:
- cancelled orders that were not processed or dispatched;
- verified damaged, incorrect or missing products; or
- other cases where Mahaa Mart agrees that a refund is the appropriate resolution.
Opened or used food/spice products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.
4. Refund process and timeline
For an approved refund, Mahaa Mart will initiate or process the refund within 7 days after approval.
The time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, bank or payment method used. Mahaa Mart does not control or guarantee the exact bank-credit time after a refund is initiated.
5. Food products
Because Mahaa Mart sells spices and other food products, general change-of-mind refunds are not provided for opened or used food or spice products.
